Shipping Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Other Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping offers, if applicable, are subject to minimum order value and promotional terms.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • If an incorrect address or phone number is provided, FarmNutraFoods will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery.
  • Re-shipping charges may apply for returned shipments.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared via SMS/email once the order is dispatched.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or missing item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos of the package and product.

Claims made after the specified period may not be accepted.

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes or force majeure events

Refused Orders

If a customer refuses delivery without valid reason:

  • Shipping and return handling charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
